Rank 2: You are a graduated student, placed into a squad as seen fit. You may also apply to a squad.

Rank 3: You are strong enough to request a seat amongst the top of your squad.

Rank 4: You could be a Lieutenant within a squad.

Rank 5: You could be a Captain of a squad.

With the Soul King's children being slaughtered by the Hollows. He worked quickly to split his power further and create the guardians of his creations. Shinigami.

Throughout the years they have fought against the hollow threats, while protecting the Soul King's throne within the Soul Society.

Though there may be some fringe groups within the World of The Living, most of them reside within the Seireitei, training and protecting the Soul Society's residents from outside threats.

For the past 100 years, the throne has been empty with no explanation as to why. The higher ranking officials have managed to keep this a secret from the lowers. But for how long...
